Postponed – AGM & Chairman’s Supper

Apologies but due to the Coronavirus, this event will have to be rescheduled. Details to follow later.

This will be held on Saturday 18th April at Cranage Village Hall this year. The AGM will be held at 4pm – please don’t forget your membership card. Camping will be available Friday to Sunday at a cost of £8.50 pun. A massive thank you to Stu & Mandy Cohn for volunteering to steward this meet.
I’ve attached the menu & booking form for the Chairmans Dinner. This will be served at 6.30pm. This is open to non Necda members and members who don’t want to camp. All are very welcome!

Payment & booking forms with menu choices should be returned to Judith Johnson by 31st March.

If you use Paypal, please ensure you select the friends & family option as it will deduct a fee otherwise.

Coronavirus Update

Hi folks,
On the back of the posts concerning the letter from the club. As Chairman I have taken the decision to cancel the following meets: Shay’s Farm, Carsington Water and the AGM at Cranage Village Hall.

I am following the directives from region and head office. As there will be no AGM I have to ask all members of the comittee to continue in their roles until we are able to organise one.
The rest of the meets will be looked at, on a month by month basis.
Please continue to stay safe be vigilant and where possible, enjoy your camping if not under the umbrella of the DA.

I am sorry it has been taken out of our hands

Phil

Necda Stickers Available

Doug Green has sourced some window stickers & decals for those who’d like to decorate their wobble box/campervan/motorhome. He is willing to co-ordinate a group order. Here are the details:

The stickers are made from clear polyvinyl (PVC) so have a clear or translucent backing and are available for the outside surface or for inside a window.

You can also have an exterior decal – speak to Doug about your requirements to get a price.

Please note: the samples are just mock ups – the supplier will be using the actual Necda logo artwork

In the beginning….

Thanks to Dennis McGee, we now have a History section on the website with a document that details the first 21 years.

If you have any similar information/documents for this new section, please email karenwray1@live.co.uk

Committee Volunteers Needed

After several years dedicated service, Sophie Jervis will be stepping down at this year’s AGM.  We’ll be sorry to see her go and would like to thank her for her contribution.

So do you fancy getting involved, sharing ideas and helping to ensure the future of Necda?

Could you attend 4-5 committee meetings a year?

If you’d like to find out more, speak to Phil Edmondson on 07921 144290

Booked Meets 2020

Marbury Park – Fri 24th – Sun 26th July – Max 20 units

Feb Half Term THS nr Southport

Just to let you all know that Phil Edmondson has spoken to Lansdowne about field conditions for our THS. They’ve had quite a bit of rain, so the field is muddy. But they can accommodate us on hard standing so it’s all systems go.
We will keep you updated if anything changes.
