Direction: M56 J10 follow A49 south (Forest road) for 8.6 miles, At Shell petrol station turn right at lights onto A556 Chester road. Follow for Chester road 2.2 miles, at the Vale Royal pub turn right onto B5152 (Station road), straight over roundabout, site on left after Delamere train station.

Located in the west of the county near Chester, Delamere Forest covers some 950 hectares providing outdoor lovers with boundless walking and cycling opportunities on its network of paths and trails direct from the campsite.

In nearby Delamere, Abbeywood Gardens incorporates a two kilometre wildlife walk, while Stonyford Cottage Gardens at Northwich has a woodland walk. Enjoy a boat trip along the River Weaver at the Anderton Boat Lift also near Northwich. There’s a Go Ape! course too – with zip wires and Tarzan swings – for those with a head for heights.
