Just to let you all know that Phil Edmondson has spoken to Lansdowne about field conditions for our THS. They’ve had quite a bit of rain, so the field is muddy. But they can accommodate us on hard standing so it’s all systems go. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
2020 has got off to a great start with lots of people volunteering to steward an event. We just need a couple more – can you help at these events?

Sites Officer – this involves booking sites, using an established database and member feedback for ideas. It would be useful to be comfortable with email but Andy Parker can liaise with Head Office to get it on the events database and Karen Wray can add the events to Facebook and create the leaflet. Time commitment would be to attend up to 4 committee meetings a year and approx 2 hrs a month until sites are finalised for 2020. A full handover & training would be given so get in touch if you’re interested or have any questions.
We also require a Youth Officer .
If you haven’t been on a committee before, don’t worry, – most of the committee hadn’t either!
Contact Phil Edmondson on 07921 144290 for more details on these roles.
